Open Access
Open Access articles are generally available free of cost to the authors, subscribers and the wider public with permitted reuse from the date of the online publication. There is no article processing charge (APC) till December, 2024 for research paper publication. Where as PPC (project Publication Charge) is applicable for publishing the Project Reports as there is no page limit for Open Access publication. Further, ESRA Publications keeps all the 'Rights of Publication' of the Project Reports/Case reports and uses for distributing them through out the world.
Ethics & Plagiarism
Plagiarism (copying/duplicating the work as it is from the other persons work), infringement of ethical codes, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship will be very seriously dealt by the ESRA Publications and its Editors. Adoption of the ethical policies by the authors will be carried out strictly by the publishers.
Peer Review
Editors will evaluate every submission; those research paper manuscripts rejected at this stage are normally declined for the reasons such as: being insufficiently original/novel, having serious flaws/ scientific flaws, having poor grammar or poor usage of English or being outside the aims and scope of the Journal.
ESRA Publications is committed to maintain high standards of publication and manuscripts/Reports which pass this initial screening are normally sent out for a rigorous double blind international peer-review.
Copyright
Open Access Journals published by the ESRA Publication Pvt. Ltd. will generally request the authors to transfer the copyright to the publisher once the work is accepted for publication, if the work is published FREE of cost by the publisher. Such authors can self-archive their manuscripts and enable public access from their institution/organization repository after an embargo period of 2 years from the date of online publication of the Article./Report
For online Open Access articles, where authors purchase an open access, such Authors retain the proprietary rights and copyright of the article, and the articles/Project Reports/Case Reports will be made Open Access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License or the Creative Commons Attribution: Non-commercial License or Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derives License, which permits users to use, copy, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to distribute their work in any form including digital form and for any other responsible purposes provided the contribution is properly cited; and the use should be non-commercial and no modifications or adaptations are made in the original publication.
Animal and Human Rights
Ethical clearance statements should be provided by the authors while submitting the manuscripts (if required).
Consent
Author/s need to specify consent and instances (if any) to keep themselves away from any commitments. Clear proclamation with signature/s should be submitted by the author/s while submitting the manuscript/Reports.
Misconduct and Civility
Author/s, Reviewer/s, Editor/s and the Publication staff are strictly instructed to stick to the essential civility. Any manhandling, verbal or otherwise and misconduct will not be tolerated and will be seriously dealt with by the ESRA Publications Pvt. Ltd.
Legal Matters
All the Legal and Judiciary matters/disputes (if any) will be cleared only at the Bengaluru Judiciary Court/s of Law, Bengaluru, Karnataka, INDIA and as per the laws of the BBMP, Bengaluru City.
